Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 500 g of ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 250 g of ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt until well combined.
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce, then layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the cooked beef, and a sprinkle of 100 g of grated parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle with 100 g of shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
