In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 500g of ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in 2 cups of spiralized zucchini (zoodles) and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the zoodles are tender.
Add 1 cup of canned diced tomatoes, 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of onion powder. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 100g of shredded cheddar cheese on top, cover the skillet, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
