Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 500g of ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and salt to taste, mixing well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
On a large baking sheet, layer 300g of tortilla chips, then top with the turkey mixture and 200g of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with warm tortillas, lime wedges, cilantro, and salsa.
