Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Place them in a baking dish.
In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, cumin, and chili powder, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Spoon the turkey mixture into each bell pepper, packing it down gently.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the peppers are tender and slightly golden.
