A comforting and savory turkey meatloaf baked until tender and golden, topped with a delicious glaze.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, combine 500g of ground turkey, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of diced onion, 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper, and 1/4 cup of milk. Mix until well combined.
Add in 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix again until everything is evenly incorporated.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of ketchup and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Spread this glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is bubbling.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
