A hearty and robust turkey chili packed with beans and vegetables, seasoned with warm spices for a comforting meal.

In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 500g of lean ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Add 1 diced bell pepper, 1 can of diced tomatoes (about 400g), and 1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed) to the pot. Stir to combine.
Season with 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 0.5 teaspoon of cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour in 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
