Steam the cauliflower florets in a pot for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter and use a potato masher to mash the cauliflower until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 500g of ground turkey and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Season with 1 teaspoon of cumin and 0.5 teaspoon of chili powder.
While the turkey cooks, prepare the vegetables. Chop 200g of broccoli and steam until just tender, about 5 minutes.
To assemble the bowls, place a generous scoop of cauliflower mash at the bottom, followed by the cooked turkey and steamed broccoli. Drizzle with additional melted butter if desired.
