In a bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, black pepper, and any additional spices you prefer (e.g., garlic powder or onion powder). Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal burger patties.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
