Delicious oven-baked bell peppers stuffed with savory ground beef and rice, seasoned with simple spices for a comforting meal.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large skillet, cook 500 grams of ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in 1 cup of cooked rice, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of chili powder into the beef mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.
Cut the tops off 4 bell peppers and remove the seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture, packing it in gently.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the peppers are tender and slightly golden on top.
