Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
On a large sheet pan, arrange 500g of sliced beef, 2 cups of chopped bell peppers, and 2 cups of baby potatoes, halved.
Drizzle the mixture with 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of cajun seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the ingredients out in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and golden.
