In a bowl, combine 0.5 cup gochujang, 0.25 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 4 cloves garlic (minced), and black pepper to taste to create the marinade.
Add 500 g of thinly sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and lightly charred.
Remove from the grill, garnish with chopped scallions, and serve hot.
