A delicious sheet-pan meal featuring pork tenderloin and sweet potatoes, seasoned and roasted to perfection for an easy, flavorful dinner.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
Place the sweet potatoes on one side of a large sheet pan, spreading them out in a single layer.
In the same bowl, combine the pork tenderloin with the remaining olive oil, garlic powder, and cumin, making sure it's well-coated.
Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on the other side of the sheet pan, next to the sweet potatoes.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) and the sweet potatoes are tender.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced pork with roasted sweet potatoes.
