Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 450 grams of sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add 2 sliced bell peppers and 1 sliced onion to the skillet. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
