Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, mix together the cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub this spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Cook in the oven for about 60 minutes until tender.
While the pork is cooking, prepare the coleslaw by mixing the shredded cabbage, diced bell pepper, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Season with salt to taste.
Once the pork is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, shred the pork using two forks.
Serve the pulled pork on burger buns and top with coleslaw.
