A savory roasted pork tenderloin paired with sweet apples, perfect for a fall-inspired meal.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced apples and cook for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Place the pork tenderloin back into the skillet on top of the apples and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63 degrees Celsius.
Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm with the roasted apples.
