Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and add 1 clove of minced garlic. Sauté until browned.
In a blender, combine 0.5 cup of fresh basil leaves, 0.25 cup of pine nuts, 0.25 cup of grated parmesan cheese, the browned garlic with butter, and 0.25 cup of olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Spread the homemade pesto mixture evenly over the premade pizza crust.
Top the pizza with 300 g of cooked, shredded chicken breast and any additional toppings you like.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
