In a bowl, combine 0.5 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt to create the peri-peri marinade.
Add 4 chicken breasts (about 600 g) to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked with a nice char. The internal temperature should reach 75°C.
