In a bowl, mix yogurt, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and salt. Add paneer cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add marinated paneer and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Place naan on a baking sheet. Brush with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Top naan with mozzarella, cooked paneer, caramelized onions, and bell peppers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro.
Slice and serve hot.
