Prepare a large shallow bowl with warm water to soften the rice paper wrappers.
Dip each rice paper wrapper into the warm water for about 10 seconds until soft and pliable, then place on a clean surface.
Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus down the center of each softened rice paper.
Layer roasted red peppers, crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, and basil leaves over the hummus.
Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top to seal.
Repeat the process for all rice paper wrappers.
For the tzatziki sauce, in a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and dill.
Serve the spring rolls with the prepared tzatziki dipping sauce.
