Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a medium bowl, combine lupini beans, feta cheese, chopped basil, and black pepper.
Stuff the bell peppers with the lupini bean mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to lightly brown the tops.
Serve warm.
