A quick and easy lemon garlic shrimp dish cooked in a single skillet, ideal for a light and flavorful meal.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add 500 g of shrimp to the skillet and season with 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and the juice of 1 lemon to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
