Delicious and easy-to-make black bean veggie burgers perfect for a healthy meal.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Lightly oil a sheet of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
Mash the black beans in a medium bowl with a fork until they are thick and pasty.
Finely chop the green bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Stir the chopped vegetables into the mashed beans.
In a small bowl, stir together the egg, chili powder, cumin, and hot sauce. Add to the mashed beans and stir to combine.
Mix in the bread crumbs until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
Divide the mixture into four patties and place them on the prepared foil.
Grill the patties on the preheated grill for about 8 minutes on each side.
