Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until combined, then form into meatballs about 5 cm in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the grain according to package instructions. Chop the vegetables and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt with a splash of lemon juice, salt, and chopped chives or dill for a quick sauce.
