Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, 1 cup of diced bell peppers, 1 cup of cooked shredded chicken, 1 egg, 0.5 cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
In a separate bowl, mix together 0.5 cup of canned diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of honey to make the glaze. Spread this mixture over the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
