A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender shrimp and crisp snow peas in a savory garlic sauce.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Set aside.
Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the large shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are just cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Return the shrimp to the pan, pour in the soy sauce mixture, and toss everything together to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Serve the stir-fry hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
