Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts, 0.5 cups of grated parmesan cheese, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
On a sheet pan, arrange the chicken breasts and surround them with 2 cups of chopped broccoli and 2 cups of baby potatoes, halved.
Drizzle the vegetables with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with additional salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and golden.
