Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2 tablespoons each, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
In a saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat. Stir in the basil leaves and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
Once the meatballs are done, add them to the saucepan with the tomato sauce and gently coat them.
Serve the meatballs over a bed of jasmine rice, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
