Season the beef strips with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced radish and cucumber. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Toss gently and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Add minced garlic and rosemary sprigs. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add the seasoned beef strips to the pan. Sear each side for about 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove beef from pan.
Serve the seared beef strips alongside the radish and cucumber salad.
