A fully loaded baked potato with cheese, bacon bits, and sour cream, all cooked in a microwave, perfect for dorm rooms.

Pierce the potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
Place the potato on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Carefully flip the potato and microwave for an additional 3-5 minutes until the potato is tender when pierced with a fork.
Let the potato cool slightly, then cut it open lengthwise.
Add butter to the inside of the potato and mash it slightly with a fork.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the potato, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Top with bacon bits and a dollop of sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
