In a bowl, mix lime juice, cumin, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
While the grill is heating, prepare the corn by husking it and removing any silk.
Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
During the last 5 minutes of grilling, add the corn to the grill and cook until lightly charred, turning occasionally.
Remove the chicken and corn from the grill. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve the grilled chicken with the charred corn on the side.
