In a bowl, combine the juice of 2 limes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 0.5 teaspoons of cumin, and 0.5 teaspoons of black pepper. Add the chicken, coat well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
While the chicken marinates, cook 1 cup of basmati rice according to package instructions.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, add 2 cups of chopped broccoli and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt to taste.
To assemble the bowls, layer cooked rice, sliced chicken, sautéed broccoli, and top with fresh cilantro. Optionally, drizzle extra lime juice for added flavor.
