Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 500 g of ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
Add 1 cup of canned diced tomatoes, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and a pinch of salt to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Stir in 2 cups of cooked macaroni pasta and reduce the heat to medium-low. Mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Serve hot.
