In a bowl, combine 1 cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to create the marinade.
Cut 500 grams of chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Ensure the chicken is well-coated and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
While the chicken marinates, cut 2 bell peppers and 1 medium onion into 1-inch pieces.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the chicken and the vegetables.
Grill the kabobs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
