In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add 500g of diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Add 1 cup of canned corn and season with 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken and corn mixture in each tortilla, and top with chopped cilantro and lime juice to taste.
