Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
In a large skillet, cook 500 grams of chicken breast over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes. Remove the chicken and let it cool slightly, then dice it.
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Add 1 medium diced bell pepper and 1 cup of broccoli florets. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the diced chicken back to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir in 1 cup of canned diced tomatoes (drained), 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
In a baking dish, spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly. Top with 1 can of biscuit dough, breaking the biscuits into halves and arranging them over the chicken mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
