A hearty and smoky skillet dinner featuring baked beans, sliced sausages, and cheddar cheese, enhanced with spices for a rich flavor.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the sliced sausages to the skillet and cook until they start to brown, approximately 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Stir in the canned baked beans, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
Sprinkle the shredded aged cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the skillet mixture.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
