Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 100 grams of parmesan cheese, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder until well combined.
Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish.
In a small saucepan, melt 30 grams of butter with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
