Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly on top, followed by a sprinkle of chili powder and cumin.
Top with the second tortilla and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese.
