Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F).
In a medium bowl, mix 250 g all-purpose flour, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add 1 teaspoon instant yeast and mix well.
Gradually add 0.75 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Lightly grease a cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it in the skillet, pressing it to the edges.
Spread 0.5 cup pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle 150 g mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add your choice of toppings such as sliced bell peppers and mushrooms.
Place the skillet on the stove over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes until the bottom of the dough begins to cook.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
