Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
Stuff each bell pepper with the buffalo chicken mixture, pressing down to pack it in.
Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
