Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the hash browns and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture into a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat, gently stirring, until scrambled and just set. Remove from heat.
Roll out the pizza dough and fit it into a lightly greased deep dish pizza pan.
Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza dough.
Top with cooked hash browns, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
