A classic Korean dish featuring a bowl of rice topped with various seasoned vegetables, ground beef, and a fried egg.

Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the chutney and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Cook the sliced onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Briefly sauté the bean sprouts in the skillet for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
Julienne the carrots and cucumbers. Slice the scallions.
Fry the eggs to your preference (sunny side up or over easy).
To assemble, place a portion of rice in each bowl. Arrange the cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, raw carrots, cucumbers, and scallions over the rice.
Top each bowl with a fried egg and serve immediately.
