Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the diced ham and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Add milk and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese mixed with flour until melted and smooth.
Stir in the buffalo sauce, and then add the cooked pasta. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
