In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into elongated kofta shapes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kofta for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and lightly charred.
While the kofta is grilling, cook the rice according to package instructions. Serve the kofta over the rice and drizzle with tahini or serve with yogurt on the side.
