Oven-baked turkey meatballs infused with smoky-sweet barbecue flavors, served with a medley of vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, 0.5 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together 0.5 cup of barbecue sauce with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Brush this mixture over the meatballs.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, steam 200 grams of broccoli and 200 grams of baby potatoes until tender.
Serve the turkey meatballs on a plate with the steamed vegetables on the side, drizzling any remaining barbecue sauce over the top.
