A savory and smoky BBQ pulled chicken sandwich, perfect for a delicious meal.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 500g of cooked shredded chicken and stir to warm it through.
Pour 0.5 cup of barbecue sauce over the chicken and mix well. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the chicken is simmering, toast 4 burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown. Once the chicken is heated and well coated in sauce, assemble the sandwiches by placing the BBQ pulled chicken on the bottom half of each bun. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
