Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until fully cooked. Remove from heat and shred the chicken.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 0.5 cup of barbecue sauce, diced bell pepper, and chopped arugula. Mix well until everything is coated.
Lay out the whole wheat wraps and evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture onto each wrap. Roll them tightly and slice in half if desired.
Serve immediately with extra barbecue sauce on the side for dipping.
