Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
In a bowl, mix the cooked quinoa with salt, garlic powder, and chopped fresh herbs. Set aside.
In another bowl, prepare the egg wash by beating the eggs until smooth.
Dip each chicken breast strip into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off.
Press the chicken strips into the quinoa mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Place the quinoa-coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer for 10 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75°C (165°F) for safe consumption.
Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
