In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Place the cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
Remove the cod fillets from the marinade and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Coat the cod fillets lightly with rice flour on both sides.
Spray the air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray.
Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fillets are golden brown and flaky, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Serve the cod fillets with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon.
